Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
" U. y1 e% t4 ^4 R5 @9 g- khand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth # ]9 p: A3 s* M+ v+ k3 U
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
( h3 W) L% \9 Q3 { ?youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 2 p) A }/ n! ^
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You $ I* ?4 h: w+ Y3 Y
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
7 F( e- J8 Q, v; v, E- n7 Bbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
3 C& b/ @7 x" z* _. J2 r) Eaccountable to the project coordinator. : y" e# a |. ^7 P1 V R
8 P" C3 @8 W8 ?- V9 ?7 `% ]7 NThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
2 V' ^% [% O) r/ R% t' x8 oschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
# Y C( b4 P( F" r7 {desirable.

Qualifications
& B5 _9 t! j9 B7 [0 ]& o18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 6 S1 f1 @/ D# Q R0 s P2 K5 W
Keen ability to organize and lead
! I2 u& f7 Z/ R( D* M3 E& ?9 V/ nRegular attendance at meetings % E/ L: H/ ^. N
Relate well with other youth and adults
