Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
8 H* v6 T P j$ P$ s% A$ ahand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
; `$ r- a; f. h* B2 v* sEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
o) ^+ f5 T+ R9 Gyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
& F9 _8 M( B6 n# u: x, F6 Xin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You ' f+ u! y0 s4 J3 }6 F# `
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
, N6 L, l* Q7 w7 b4 j3 `+ ybalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
9 e3 ] j% K0 a. F7 f6 z) saccountable to the project coordinator.
' U7 B8 \# z2 A2 o l! U9 q" T- C% i1 ?. ~- r0 C
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
. _5 g, X( C$ R! ?. ^( p1 ~schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications
5 s! P5 \9 \/ H4 o3 M: K1 O, d18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ' ~ j1 g5 U% O0 f$ F# N
Keen ability to organize and lead ; M: g! P3 P% E o; ?8 A# Y. F0 _) `
Regular attendance at meetings * p: N5 G/ ^7 K" `9 A# G! K5 C+ y
Relate well with other youth and adults
