Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ; I7 z, k! [( U7 K4 @/ K9 y
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ' w7 V1 a4 i' b" c6 S. K
their development. , k6 M) n! I6 x: z. q9 w
( ~0 k) Z% r B! ~) p, P% T6 TTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
6 E2 \, s. [9 n ahand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth , e6 Z/ y! {& P- d
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
) G5 |& e5 ~, M F' {* C* K* ?" C2 Ayouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
5 U2 @1 f+ |8 M. Din the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
' ^0 K( Q6 R- e% F3 ~2 Yare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 0 |. R; s( w5 z$ x8 |+ C5 P# y/ `
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
' n2 f0 O6 \( Z& a) Uaccountable to the project coordinator.
# C! f3 R9 n5 K% Q+ u" A : p3 x; p: k( u( J
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 5 b2 d5 d$ k* `
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
+ V& T2 s) e2 [& d3 |& m6 m! xdesirable.

Qualifications & ]1 W- L9 Q# L z" v
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills - Y* J# s8 G0 N2 E
Keen ability to organize and lead $ a: @/ g: i; I/ ]/ a4 E: ^# V! F
Regular attendance at meetings 6 E/ L# B6 h8 |) ^
Relate well with other youth and adults
