- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
/ ? W. d9 D& z' W& u! G* u' x- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints : x' z, H- e/ o; D' Q1 I& I
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash

- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments . |- y1 i ?; o% H/ N4 w
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems

- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

- Completion of High School
* O( O' L4 T) V, S- w W# @- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

& z1 L$ r# P0 K& X" p- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment+ w; d) J+ ?6 m
- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills

- Emerit professional certification for front desk agent is required
