Job Description:
6 j' `- q! q3 Y- Checking guests in/out
4 v% U0 B+ `' W7 p( E- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
% d& l1 r g/ P/ U) b& f/ A- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
! |& I0 Z% T! u: { O- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash ) ~! `; P' v w
- Balance credit card machine 1 `, k7 Z; o/ R9 l+ u
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments . z2 l$ b$ |6 C% E+ b5 j- M
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
- P% b2 P2 p$ C' h- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment
$ b7 n! p8 ?6 Z: E ~- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards " g `' s0 W: W5 o6 \ E2 x0 u

Skills/Requirements:0 f5 W' i2 _! O& u# d: }
- Completion of High School: w! M9 k+ w- @ G/ r6 }
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills 9 Q# }& H/ z; T: b, N$ a
- Good computer skills . [- H2 P/ q9 O- n3 p3 K
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment
2 e) r0 g% x5 p" v/ e4 B- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills

- Emerit professional certification for front desk agent is required
