Job Description
4 ~7 v/ e3 \( p; w5 R& ^$ Y+ ?9 G•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
* Y# s! Y  f( Z  q  ~•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- L3 K$ Q+ m5 @•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

, Y/ G" w* P! I! i•        Cleaning of work area
  a9 R$ b9 I; E3 P6 R•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
$ f& P$ N. G+ U* [# y6 O8 j* m$ Q•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

- F7 f/ [# g8 k3 n. {$ {% q1 s•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
