Job Description
7 T8 K' R+ m5 ?5 F; {( `: c, j•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
: ^2 `  ?  o; u! `8 b•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
& x4 {6 W  X) V; I' H' g9 _4 u•        Serve food and beverages
  a) d7 o: S* D9 Q) D" ^9 B4 h) l•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
: L' S0 j$ B$ _•        Completion of secondary school is required
+ ~4 {0 e) o! X  l•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
4 P5 }. X* ]- r•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
8 Y6 U* b5 _  ?$ Q6 w2 U6 }; P•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
