Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
7 l5 @( ^& b9 f4 q•        Serve food and beverages
' o# `2 ?( z: f•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
& q; d# X! Q4 D•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
! T4 S  F8 w. Z0 m( t5 C9 O2 m•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
; R' ^, c9 t' E; E6 }•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
! k( V- `! H; w: r•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
