　1) 一般病情:

　　He feels headache, nausea and vomiting. (他觉得头痛、恶心和想吐。)

(2) 伤风感冒：

　　His eyes feel itchy and he has been sneezing. (他眼睛发痒，而且一直在打喷嚏。)

(3) 女性疾病：

　　She has painful periods and abnormal vaginal discharge. (她月经来时疼痛，而且阴道有不正常的分泌物。
