-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker) t# z! n1 v) ]! W) Y
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
$ V! E5 V- T# v-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client+ Y6 ?6 ^' T* S7 L$ ?
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception0 Z! Z8 U2 |& n$ O$ f) K, R
/ ?! W- P( V: i6 a8 EQualifications:
: P6 ]& g" K2 O$ I) l6 ], I-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
- D; \2 n4 [* E# x$ m7 T) J- u-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
/ B7 R4 k2 q1 ]4 u-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
/ { K( [# _" j5 h' C-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
