Job Description
. F0 y+ B& O, N: k) a& F0 o* B-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly. c( L6 K+ U0 f, Y# B: T
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
; Z, `8 ^ v P$ k/ q5 u3 r; R-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team+ n4 o( d0 v# J4 k4 r
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
/ H( w1 `: |6 q9 V" ?( A# a-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
& g( @1 Y* O% l+ d: L0 R7 X. L; |$ y6 @
Qualifications:! [& o; P" o5 h2 M% S8 O
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
, u) X {1 C( T# ^3 l3 |-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement % \( R9 W$ L2 G5 n2 M0 f3 t
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team" x3 k8 x( K) ^/ Y ^6 g/ X- F
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
