Job Duties / Responsibilities$ @( n W# c4 W; j, _! A. C
• Familiarize with the assigned process units& p$ w5 y4 i8 e- x
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
8 n Z8 }; Y7 y5 Q" }- i• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.5 v% q8 ]* m+ F" Q' j( [
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
3 j7 H G; l/ u/ z' W3 A6 {% n/ Q• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation. [ E( t( q0 C6 R6 u
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
