Job Duties / Responsibilities
, D) ]% \" n7 @/ e* W& \• Familiarize with the assigned process units. g- C. b3 ]- `
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. ( \& ^9 m% _& p. A
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
0 G" a( Z+ `# n0 _• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
% R+ S x9 E8 f" x• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
7 ^ x; M8 o V" a( I• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
$ u0 m! Q' s3 @8 H! _• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers( B2 ~6 |* x. q
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
