Some of realtors offer "Guaranteed Sale Program ". Did anyone have any experience on this program? How good/bad is it? Thanks

Some builders do offer 5% allowance to specific realtors, and the realtors are able to offer you 90% to 85% guarantee sale of the value of your house. However, the time limit is only within 3 months and you have to sale the house right away.

( A6 `( J  j3 pIf you build a new house from a lot, you have to find a completion mortgage builder with 5% to 10% downpayment.

if you would like to buy a used house, sell you current one and buy after.
