Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
) d/ ?7 e. ?" n/ E" l' M* DAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
! X5 {3 N: `  R- Z* x. B" |Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
0 c0 E, s. N  d; `- Q( {4 ^* GComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
