Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
9 E1 E0 `$ T6 V0 t* V2 gPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields ' {- L* K( D- c" x W0 n
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role $ X3 n, p/ T; q5 X d B8 f% E
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
4 v! x6 j$ p) Z, Z1 Q8 Z4 ?Excellent communication and negotiation skills
1 f; a1 O9 ~% P6 l! f4 z5 X2 \Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
