" Y3 U) {2 q$ nOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
- t! \- I# ?: M% a% X+ \8 F2 E( _Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
  c1 i2 K* B4 n( J/ R4 E) e9 ?, ^Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
4 @5 K/ V; D' K) pExcellent communication and negotiation skills
/ n! b' b* q7 Z+ i& m" eExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
0 W% m) G1 `# G- R* iCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
