Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 0 J; {. h. G ~. a
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants , B R- E( E- R' W
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3 i9 ?( r E5 X+ D: n
