可以用Windows自带的计划任务。或者

) B+ b9 t' _9 ]% Q: V% }到网上搜一下alarm clock。有一个MP3 Alarm Clock很好用。

1. 您可以用OUTLOOK带的CALENDAR里设定，这样到时就有提示框弹出来。
! j% F# l# o& X/ y2。您可以把要提示的内容放在一个文本文件中（因为打开时很快）。然后在CONTROL PANEL里定义SCHEDULED TASKS到时打开该文件就可以了。

First, you need administrative right to get it run for you. If you don't have it, you still can set it up but it doesn't work.

$ {* E% q. W) k" mSecond, when the password page comes up, don't leave it blank, or enter a random password. It actually need the exactly same password as your login password. Otherwise, the popup window you mentioned would come up.
