The Edmonton real estate market continues to attract buyers with record-breaking sales figures and value-priced properties. Multiple Listing Service (MLS ®) figures in June show that real estate sales in Edmonton continue to set records for number of units sold, listings, average prices and total value of sales.

e' b9 r0 x8 j* ]Total residential sales (single family, condominiums, townhouses and duplexes) in June were 1,974 units valued at $369 million. This is 13 units higher than May figures (which also set an all time record) and 17% higher than June 2003. Year-to-date figures reflect four months of record-breaking sales and at the midpoint of the year total $1.7 billion with 9,470 home sales. |
