1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

- c. _. K9 i5 H. ] 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
) T" @* b) S' i6 H You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight# v3 D+ N% i: q) m
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 8 b" A+ N: n0 b" B" h# B9 n. S2 O
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your' h. p2 \+ ~% E. c' x: h8 Q" L4 Q4 R

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are
, u0 b U' X) ^ due when you make your reservation.
: {3 @* J- x. j/ S) A4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your5 T8 j; o, c$ k3 R
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon4 Y. Y9 J8 l# U4 s/ L
arrival at the park., i3 k: m& {( |8 D
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of& L. L3 @: G3 y$ ? ^0 t
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
) W# i7 v$ C5 g, d& N) d: w. } a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same5 F+ E2 l6 n v/ E; O
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.( ~7 b6 [% o6 F/ `. g
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
% T+ \# `! H% J5 q5 W% x* e: q a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of0 t8 e" \; j! }/ d7 [% a
campsite; and the service type. 3 i( Y* O: ^/ F1 q
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously8 N4 i- p3 D8 y4 y
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
4 f" J1 T$ o! y* h" A least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address+ B) w/ N0 n2 w' m
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
+ b) p8 J9 v) }3 R: O number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.$ X2 w: L8 L" N& ]# V8 h" Z

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

and/or write down the confirmation number.

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

( \$ S0 V( N& n, X3 X N12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
+ w% W1 U7 {) k/ J will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

' r/ P2 ~# X ?' y - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
' X9 l; `: d' ^9 M. c7 G. c+ T you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
3 O3 H1 l" O. u( R5 i reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, T7 M5 X2 H8 R* v/ \
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.! Y) w$ a% i# J, l
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
7 b7 [# M( j- L$ F7 y 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

0 @$ X1 t' d4 G4 [ guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change3 q! j- t9 q7 B1 y; x, ^
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the. v/ U; N5 i' X6 H) t
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80& X& Y4 C, `( O3 A) x8 ~# N2 e
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.6 Z/ l* W% T) s1 ]% e
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving- r+ V6 w) C4 c/ L3 e e4 f. J
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
' b% y; b: v8 b9 n prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee; `, V: B+ x/ S6 w" c% V
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
3 l- W1 Z7 |2 W/ v0 V( N- U If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
) r$ F2 S- T5 D7 E$ C expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two8 {! s/ w! l$ v4 `
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see- W) T4 c* h1 q o% b6 R5 o
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late" M: Q( \8 V- O2 a& s* U

No-Shows + w; h N8 P- S6 H1 P" A

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
2 i( j* }: x5 l7 |0 H- S scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
+ @# r3 K: l3 C your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
5 u) W! g- V8 z' z: ~0 T( p will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
0 t% V8 G6 V0 |" R paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
# p" d% E! K9 e reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days8 i$ F7 I t% H' K: C; H# H z
of your originally scheduled departure date.

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
