1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of- j1 Z$ t6 Q% K' h& C8 m+ g" s
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as

campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
8 ^. N; ?& x% K4 ]$ T4 z6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on5 h+ K' o" e& O
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations. P" k* X- H; |+ j

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
. @+ N. }$ |/ `5 c* V$ e4 m the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
4 ~9 @( B4 [" z) k/ H0 n or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
" c, r" |+ N" r* z2 T, A9 ^12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
4 _( N7 N; O( _ a; I8 z will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you1 x+ A9 t k y0 [# ?5 d$ G
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
7 C3 p2 z/ G } - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,8 [+ l3 z" I& ^8 i0 S
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
% `) m* U. L, F- r reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
$ b3 t5 H0 x, H+ b6 E6 y you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
# o. s: k; g+ K! r3 k/ f - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the4 a+ ]1 z4 v' j& w. b* S, ]
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

( l) q2 m. \6 @, J14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground8 K' u" {6 Z# `1 ^. S
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact. [- q: }! W5 w# g
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:! S2 I# d7 h6 ]
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your* x$ R- E# e- B
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
% R% \/ \& e4 F; A nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
& ^" _# ~7 t1 B/ F) k9 V policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
7 t [0 D1 w( d) P7 X arrivals in advance.

# X' ~: }& v1 J( N+ A% |/ R17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
# ?) U/ J+ D$ ] q scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of7 n3 E& z2 v. i
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

/ q8 D5 s# c4 e If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
