1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

' A, J" g* r2 Q# T2 C; A( X4 P 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
, p7 Q) K3 W2 y; N You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
6 U: u m+ q7 h7 r6 \ on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

* P! n# V, G, |2 N( B4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
1 s M+ ~0 f7 M% t* m$ ~ national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon& \0 \2 ?- N2 z5 P

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of4 D6 g% u) X* X! [2 c4 R6 r
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as7 a/ c1 s9 V% I) S6 s8 g
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same; f% |. Z+ q) X" R- X+ r( o
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
+ X- g7 _# @& k6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
# J+ R2 f' Z; _- M! U& w4 d1 K a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of) \ x. }: j8 z" j" X: E
campsite; and the service type.
f. l0 f5 @* D H7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
7 B" U! T' |( ~1 n. W" { confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by6 P L. N/ ^% J) @
credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
0 d, R5 {! F4 T, X/ n0 @( P least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received% M$ s& z, r( Q
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

$ z; w% m& W; m9 r* k0 c We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed) Y% `9 e3 j. T! z+ N* |
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. # }& C ~. ]$ u

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to' I7 e( T8 n5 o8 `8 N; v
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you1 @# L4 j1 i: G% }

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

, t9 @! ~' G- o/ S - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
" ?% d) _7 ^# f7 u% ~ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your! C& m* U. K L# G/ Z0 s7 l- X6 n
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
0 e* l/ _4 m% L) B you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.) S2 Y8 P5 j, d; y0 W
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before* n8 h$ H4 ]( e
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
- j" r N7 i; ?4 z0 E( q your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
! W+ C. p' s0 v, Y& g U guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change4 x% x9 W" K. P0 X: d' ?* S0 H B
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
0 d: [; \8 d( ~* f. I( x' D services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.801 X* A8 s5 w& Y0 I) O
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
1 y; t7 y( d0 x) I5 {14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving# ?& ?. p* R( L& y+ ^
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground+ Q# w6 O5 N* V( |. T9 f
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
9 @" ]% k' ~3 P' y Z' H4 l6 F will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
! R6 r8 N$ s8 X) Q0 e If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your4 ^3 E9 F# `% E
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
7 @# l' l9 C3 B nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see" v. P7 M5 N+ [/ X; h+ e1 p
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

( @/ H4 Z. B$ v$ Z When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

Closures
