& z, T5 c, q! a) T( Z7 vPosition: Director Finance / Primary purpose: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director Finance will be overall responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting & reporting activities. He/she will be involved in reporting to the Board of Directors and will be a member of senior executive management. The Director of Finance will lead the day-to-day finance operations including functional responsibility over financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

& u* [7 e* v- C% s3 L+ U0 ?( O/ ~Key Requirements: The ideal candidate for the position will be a Canadian designated accounting profession (CA, CMA or CGA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior level financial role, non-profit experience preferred. You will have demonstrated expert knowledge of Canadian financial reporting and corporate governance; the ability to understand and function effectively within the context of strategic issues.
