' G. g" w% O8 }% W6 q( P' { The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

1 |+ D0 X: x; ~3 s% _2 C- C. K The primary responsibilities are to:

-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.
) M) g) @) Z$ d0 W( V
-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.

# t* M5 Q3 V/ @Serve as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

4 X. Q9 z, Z  d) P- MEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

* c1 _( r1 e% L1 n, Y  DMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.

1 E6 m/ d/ g. I Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

7 N* y+ n, D+ [' L0 p2 q# i  BRequires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

7 m2 ^/ M6 I8 ?5 X* z: ]( m' [Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

( k9 q- u; z" o9 M# _Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

+ [/ ~6 Z( M+ j7 `2 N. nProject management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
