( W$ k4 z, |5 w/ W3 c, O7 E6 LI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
+ S% N/ L$ s" X( T7 }! bperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

; V  S7 T: g0 H5 R' F& L- VI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
9 Q$ r2 i& N1 ]/ b$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
6 |" z0 r5 w0 z' F2 i' nmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
5 W  x1 o. A! h, i4 b% v5 vcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
