4 u; `- h* j3 X" z3 rI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
, M) N3 M/ q) mperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
1 V/ O# f+ v+ K. i, [(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

* ?5 i; {$ F* B0 c% w4 \; ^I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$ K% s) U5 v! ^( v1 R5 J$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
4 u# o# N* @/ H% S, F30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
  _: Z8 O  w$ x% w! K9 fcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
0 f# S/ D! _% X6 A$ p+ nlease required.
