I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
8 ?" x$ D& I" Y7 aperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
8 [2 p% M2 I: T5 _4 ISouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

7 x% K- a: V+ ]/ h2 Q3 u* F+ {I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
( e! y, V4 @8 t$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
% r$ a  A  a( G% x30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
+ u" p( {0 `2 {! V: R3 I1 B: ?months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
