I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
; h6 `( e' }$ p# bSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

! @8 u+ Q: }- a, s1 J2 _6 k9 TI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
; p% h9 Q- m1 G9 v5 J8 |; t" k$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
# w* H0 _' z' {' Pbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
/ t+ p; T: |" L( R! C30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
( ?1 _* m/ O  V$ J4 R' s0 J+ _! `cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
' ?2 W9 E  Z4 T" D: i0 ~4 A# fafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
