刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

! x, a2 I1 W& h" U0 U难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

是不是太荒谬了，如果这样的话
我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
; Z5 o; T" ^- T) e6 K' F我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
! r: `% |* n$ d0 K我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明
我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian

status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
5 F9 v5 h( V" t: dinternational students in the admission stage.

won't pay the differential fee as international students do.

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
) u- f3 H0 `. o/ |7 Q把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

我现在可以填移民吗？主要还没有登陆，没有ＳＩＮ号，所以不知道怎么办

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
