Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.

, ]' }. q6 l- C% Z$ ?Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

3 U( |! q x E9 W# T& WManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

7 r3 E$ U+ P: F3 l" I: T3 Y6 ~Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

" H0 _0 ?5 Q& l5 ~$ U3 fEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

6 E; t3 ?' ]- s8 c; m {# T! UPerforming quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers, # o: u3 }+ ]6 B/ B8 r

Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects, 9 R* p" Z/ |/ x/ I# {! L9 D

Qualifications
+ H+ ]- w2 x2 T' u" O# Z0 y Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution. # P3 [' R: q6 n( n0 }. L
t+ k0 o6 i# e& i5 X. p10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
7 p$ H" \9 d2 R) u' @$ J0 F" H4 Z! [. J9 G; b( _
5+ years AutoCAD experience. 2 D) x1 n, f% g. S
$ U$ J6 k9 g* S& F) RRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired. 9 [) O6 |) Z' `- v7 T
7 z0 T8 R" I0 H9 e% a' S2 }
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
