A hot water heater problem not electricity problem

0 x( _; K7 c! x: \! k# _9 H) rHi, I have a hot water heater problem and need opinions. Any comments or clues will be welcome
/ K8 f- p0 _$ E4 x! gI tried to fix a leaking problem of hot water from the kitchen faucet. I shut off the inlet main water valve and the valve under the sink. As the water should be completely stopped at this moment. But when I removed the cartridge from the faucet the hot water still runing out of the faucet. Why did this happen and what is the possible cause?
7 Y' Y+ O# c! V: d7 {Is there something wrong with the pressure in the hot water tank? Does anybody know how to relieve the pressure inside the tank?

$ Z( m2 e) _1 k' R1 m# h1 kIf you only want to release the pressure at  hot water tank , you can look at side of the tank and you can find out a valve, that is what you were looking for
