6 s; P3 V+ J' M4 f' u% bWhen you see aerial roots developed at the base of the leaves, wait till several roots appear w/ one has a least length of 1 inch before you cut it off the stalk for re-planting, make sure there is still a short portion of stalk attached to it (like a T shape) to avoid any damages to the delicate young plant. Your main plant body died off probably due to the following reasons:    1/ Overwatering.
2 _- [7 Y8 z0 U; M2 f7 M                              2/  Growing media rot and become too acidic thus killing the roots.
                              3/  Accumulation of salts from chemical fertilizer kills the roots.
  I6 @! x& L6 sYou should replace the old media w/ new once a year or 2, the longest, depends on type of growing media and frequency of watering.

根部烂掉，不能再从土壤里吸收营养，这时植物本能的消耗自身营养，生出新的弱小枝芽。需要等一段时间（如图3右下方）长到3~5片叶，切下来扦插，如果技术掌握的好，可以繁殖。

Phalaenopsis (the one LZ pictured here) is not a kind of terrestrial plants, the seedling it produced on the flower stem isn't a branching bud (phalaenopsis never branches out) but a self propagation process (asexual reproduction) often induced by deterioration of the mother plant so if you are patient enough to wait till aerial roots developed, it isn't hard to replant it in fresh growing media (sphagnum moss or barks), the same care is needed as you grow any orchid seedlings, no special skill required, In fact if you cut it off at this rootless stage (no matter what number of leaves it has) and plant it in soil, it will not survive (never in soil of any kind because it is not terrestrial, its roots are aerial and have no root-hairs). Patience is the key.

谢谢楼上各位指点。我就再观察一段时间，看能否长出根肉，再试试剪下来移栽。

$ t6 p( D, Z8 z- Q1 o 这盆兰花是一个朋友的，她拿过来放到我这里，她照顾不了了。我发现因为根部完全没有木屑土，而是全部用苔藓叶包裹着，基本都烂掉了，用水轻轻一洗，两片大叶就掉了，根本也是烂了。但却有三簇可爱的小叶。

希望能移栽出三株小蝶兰花，就太可爱了。有新进展在来报告。
