The (HR) Manager originates/leads practices-objectives to support an employee-oriented, family friendly, intercultural workplace that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, high standards, goal attainment + the recruitment/ongoing development of a superior workforce. The HR Manager will provide a high level leadership & administration as well as direct the implementation of Human Resource services.7 g2 i i+ [5 S2 \" E7 ?+ ]

Responsibilities include: the coordination/implementation of recruitment, hiring/orientation of new employees; performance management/employee recognition; employee training & development;7 z: w0 T# w9 c! n
