After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.; A6 y i: i1 i! W
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.% x4 ]) R6 v ~% @8 i4 @
The problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.+ t1 _6 K5 Y8 u& p4 ^/ I z, o1 @5 d8 E
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either./ K+ A b4 r: Q8 A3 n
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.0 W7 c+ ]& A% @0 P
z- o3 M* R; H& ~The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.! \6 _7 K1 _" d8 c$ R1 ]
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
9 G `7 l" e+ k s. e# u* ^ It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
