After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
! j, x5 G% }$ P5 s5 vSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.; l: \' [) K* S' M( X
The problem should be inside the bucket.( j) v/ P# ^: x1 J
+ F) n# l7 @: P0 ^! O' BWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.5 [$ V3 k. t4 H* M
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.2 q$ J& D5 `, J" V) X8 X' U+ r2 S
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

) o; V; R2 {6 e! m3 nThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.8 K" o5 W6 ?" M- b: g' S
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
- J( F; d* S3 }* Y" J8 g/ L It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. + ?$ J! X: o) H6 R- L B

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
