Any input on Cutler-Hammer Starter?

Two  cutler –hammer advantage  starters are  doing the same thing:
1 ~5 o' x; C2 L: H, C After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the  start and stop buttons on DCS screen  , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.
( {" l9 |5 S1 _5 E; u: @7 d' M+ m! N# nIt is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.
The problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that  the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
  K8 n+ n+ `5 [9 @2 k! tUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
# r, _* C4 Q- v8 fConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we  bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

7 ?% K; r% b" p) @, kThe next thing we can think of  is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
' G6 b4 A" C' O( B" T6 LThey  have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered  the connection and tried again.
# |" Z3 y" M# L# e! j. O" M It is getting better  this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.

Don't know cutler –hammer advantage  starters very well, but had been worked on AB switch gears for a little while, which has two different coils, one to pull the vacum bottles up which employs larger current, another one uses less current to hold the connection---if the second coil fails, it won't be able to seal the connection.
+ P- I: w. \' R4 i  [8 c1 CSince your cutler -hammer works couple times,  I guess 侠客行 is right, or the sealing connection is just worn out.
