请问买新房的Orientation需要注意些什么？

买了房子过几天就要orientation了，对这方面没什么了解，请问大家需要注意哪些方面的问题？

Builder说大概一个半小时。。。。请问是不是真的需要从早8点到晚8点？我的房子是08年建的showhome，还没有人住过的。
