Position: Executive Assistant (contract position, maternity leave replacement) / About: CMHA-ER is a non-profit organization that has been making mental health matter in the Edmonton community for over 55 years. CMHA-ER promotes mental health and recovery and provides direct service to people living with severe and persistent mental illness. CMHA-ER provides direct support for children, youth/adults. Programs include suicide prevention and intervention; mental health first aid training; advocacy; leadership training, psycho-social education programs; social and recreational programs; rehabilitation programs; family support groups and affordable housing. , f- `* P! o9 m. _
% g! q: a* e8 [) Z- L/ g: P eCMHA-ER is recruiting for a qualified/experienced person for a full time Executive Assistant position. The successful candidate will have many talents/skills including: a demonstrated commitment to excellence; strong customer service skills; excellent administrative, communication/public relations skills; acute attention to detail; a high degree of competency in MS Office applications; a creative flare; and providing executive level assistance to the E. D. & Board of Directors (day to day, regular/special meetings).

" `' k! z1 f0 F& }% P0 eHours of work are 8:30 – 4:30, Monday through Friday. Some evening/weekend work is required. CMHA-ER provides a family friendly, supportive work environment. Relevant qualifications include administrative training and relevant experience.
