; a9 D4 d9 J$ wBring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:
1 d1 @+ j2 m0 X2 n( R n6 M( M3 f/ e5 I) G$ ^& t( t' Y+ e' X5 C8 G
learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut
8 [1 c3 n7 Z, D$ s/ ~* cdigging for and examining fossils ) X; h+ c0 m3 [: A
exploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth
! {2 i0 M( ~7 h V; vinvestigating insects

“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation. j* v5 l f, M; l8 C$ o' |
