• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control( `( u$ s1 c9 \. G4 ^6 W5 ]
• Identification and replication of software defects : L2 F. Z ~0 z. b
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
& P N. C, J! a* ]# V• Managing customer expectations ; v5 ?& o2 K0 I/ O9 L$ @
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations
