Position Responsibilities:
& _( M8 ~' M8 ?) H$ J• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control' r% z5 g4 }# ?3 v8 V# j, @9 g
• Identification and replication of software defects ; u" r/ [% U7 v
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
( z# X' s7 T$ A8 i; w( `7 Z• Managing customer expectations
) @6 k: z% X- r$ W• Documentation of technical procedures
" t8 L, `/ i4 W; K: m$ S" Z• Trouble shooting client network issues 1 P) {: z6 d. f8 p5 k" ^
• Optimizing system configurations

• Site services worldwide

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
