Position Responsibilities:
- l y/ S$ [8 [: T: }# c! W• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 z1 F7 G1 C: J* K• Identification and replication of software defects
! ?) X `- ?' F1 C• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ! z# n6 u9 b+ L/ `
• Managing customer expectations 8 z* O* A/ w( y
• Documentation of technical procedures " {2 \ [7 R7 A; b% [5 a& D% p
• Trouble shooting client network issues 2 ] x. s5 e- a- n0 ~
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
