• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
, u# @$ I3 c" V* g3 J9 t& E• Identification and replication of software defects
5 ^' B6 Z) B" G2 N* W• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients " G* s) E. V8 `2 D/ ]- g
• Managing customer expectations # ^# S3 q! w, Q
• Documentation of technical procedures 1 n4 K" [9 \7 i
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
