" Q; {( X: N7 t( M% R• Identification and replication of software defects ! Z1 r$ p* ]) F' v. e* [
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
3 ^) y2 R& F/ H' ]. t• Managing customer expectations 7 a& \2 M" U6 a; V, y% n6 p' b
• Documentation of technical procedures , w- Z* L: y+ L# a v. @% {
• Trouble shooting client network issues 8 Y8 {8 ? D% h5 a. I
• Optimizing system configurations , \) R0 C, j) |9 z) v
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; O6 b3 f2 Z8 [( {) F1 `
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 4 `: v: B; S( @; J$ W- V# h) r
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
