( ~( i' M3 o. b- x1 j* T, _•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control, ^' V# J" d) e
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
, K% ?& s+ ^1 w•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
4 a) W' ~; p& ?•        Managing customer expectations
4 F- J" y; N8 \- E9 T; V2 G& o7 \+ f•        Documentation of technical procedures ! j4 v& h+ T9 u4 M
•        Trouble shooting client network issues 0 _) W, v7 v5 ~
•        Optimizing system configurations  
$ R3 E( ^: Y  @+ b4 e- V$ y, ?- M•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) * W/ K; D0 w" `0 `; Q2 P( ]  H
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
& }4 @. e5 M2 _- o' w9 b  B•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
6 D" c, L# m) X# O•        Customer service skills & j4 f6 r. E  m; u0 w
•        Technical writing skills " [9 \1 C! G9 K- E" k
•        C++ development skills 0 g; s6 C( @7 u! ^
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.3 ?# ~, q$ F' X6 {$ c3 d
•        Network trouble shooting skills
5 D# o7 i: o, w9 |; u! H•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
% B. y% o1 n2 I) L9 ~: s, d•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments ( Z4 L* \* a! H, o: z$ Z3 E
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) 6 `2 U$ u! n- C7 n

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
