Position Responsibilities:+ g* u' i6 @5 V5 E# Y
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control( ]. }: D) T. ]4 v0 N+ {
•        Identification and replication of software defects  + b1 w: k3 ^* f1 [
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  , j. S+ V# [* L
•        Managing customer expectations 9 N9 x) s* ~3 V+ D' s
•        Documentation of technical procedures # M2 b7 {6 t9 _
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
1 C' O5 h) S, ^4 I•        Optimizing system configurations  0 B! Y9 E% c! U) V( H6 m! a
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 2 q1 g; T1 g2 z  n9 y" [3 Y( ]
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
+ O& }" P2 A/ _$ ^! |•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training / Y4 D; y2 {; i6 t
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin2 K9 U/ t# O9 m8 k7 Q
•        Work evenings as required5 G* V) v9 V+ q% v* T9 D& M
Skills and Knowledge Required" p' j. c5 W* n0 }! D
•        Customer service skills , v$ T& R5 o! ^' d4 r5 Q( O
•        Technical writing skills . Z2 D. D' a4 `: k* V$ n
•        C++ development skills # a6 E/ w3 e" i0 Y$ T1 C9 V
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

0 t+ t7 P6 k9 A2 O$ ]•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
