Position Responsibilities:
: L3 b( t) ?/ l, |$ a: R$ h2 v8 z1 o• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 g" w! T: i9 }! R
• Identification and replication of software defects + |3 S% O1 R* I& o+ z8 C0 z, H
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 3 f3 b6 ]1 j K" O
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education
