Position Responsibilities:1 v- ]- k! E0 X! k8 `1 p
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control; t3 f& P$ U8 S4 F0 p
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
) O( S' f$ J3 Q# [' Y" [# n•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
, E- M9 s5 @4 S# [2 ?•        Managing customer expectations 2 h: i2 p& Y5 M+ f
•        Documentation of technical procedures
# e' b0 v6 b& P: G# V1 ?•        Trouble shooting client network issues
. i" r- \) W; U  {4 i- F•        Optimizing system configurations  ' r; B5 l5 t' C7 B% m
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required. ^- v$ `" V% l$ U- C1 v2 d
•        Customer service skills 2 B) W$ J$ f" T  t) b
•        Technical writing skills 2 J1 i  e/ k! w6 c7 r
•        C++ development skills 2 A  x2 h2 {9 p/ G
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.1 T. Z, v: }* s5 F: v- F' g4 q' c4 `
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
