1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下." o+ d$ h; ~6 E
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
' x) Q: W1 w3 u3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.5 \# U: m" K& Q0 L5 g
4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
6 x) S% I. C9 s9 ~, g5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.; @! \4 `1 ~+ z# a( }0 o: r
6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.
