我在Bearstrack里选课之后，去看我的fee assessment,发现里面有international differental,而我是有PR身份的
- N4 ~- r/ F+ ?' l! C4 u. L4 r2 s请问这是否属正常现象？也就是说，是不是我在付钱时只要提供身份证明，就可以按照国内学生付费？
