2 x8 [7 L5 X. g, w1 b3 \4 E2010年2月2日埃德蒙顿消息：2010年1月，独立屋在1月份的销售量与去年12月大致持平，而康兜的平均价格下降了2%，所有房型销量较12月下降了6.8%，但市场保有量接近翻番。
