紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
  `- Z9 U! R: n9 j4 F; Y3 c, }, Wproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

个人理解，none confirming letter 和 none approval letter还是有区别的。如
0 M8 d8 d" _7 ?- g/ W果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
! D8 C3 _* ]: N, T5 a) I6 h1 T+ s: g" IAfter the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
