how can I make my road test as cheap as possible?

' m' W. J/ q; [  e5 N- XI am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province.
I have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
