hi! there:
I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province.
I have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.

if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?
