8 Q% q# b- i, U s) FI have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.

if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?- q/ S' V) f! v- @' {* t/ ^* x s

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true? |
