1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
2 L- C' {* b3 q4 W' N2. Add mixture of eggs with 1. x/ A f3 }: Z# ?# L3 n# E; M8 A
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
* p4 f- ]% G& [2 t) ^4 Y1 q4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)2 L( W9 D: j" z' W; H
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water: K# U: l }! l% j7 U2 x

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled$ X1 g' S; O! h3 [, U1 ]
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
1 Y |( A6 Q0 t. T7 w" n3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
1 W5 j9 R# o9 @0 _4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well& r6 b- v5 R) Y+ X1 n9 s9 `* x
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water( c; f9 L- f) p2 {0 M% W# y* _* c

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
