FUNCTIONS:

* z7 z: Y' `* t$ u) iThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:$ M" j. Q* M8 w. I& y

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.# z u! p+ N+ E; B' i

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.

21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
