/ r4 T, M& r( Youtlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：, j) X9 r8 c/ G2 |* s& ^5 S, Z8 _7 Z

2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts+ H0 {1 F! `, h' J0 ~: S
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.% k9 g5 U8 c" W Z/ p- Q
9 C' N4 m3 M# f$ l- c3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
