车库朝西, 主卧在车库上, 有什么不好?

车库朝西, 1)要么 主卧建在车库上,
2 }& Q  H0 J1 O5 H+ t2)要么两个小卧都建在车库上,
7 Z, z8 t6 _. G" X: I: v3)如果BONUS建在车库上, 就会有一个小卧窗朝邻居.
不知如何选, 大家喜欢什么样的?

白天在家庭厅活动，当然要景观好，卧室10点钟才进去，而且放下窗帘就睡，朝邻居何妨？

要让车库上房间不冷很容易：
1）屋顶，地面都要和二楼其他房间齐平。
2）车库本身做好insulation，对车好，对二楼好。
3）喷气口可以微调，偏热的地方闭合一些，冷的地方多开一些。

是的。住过车库上的房间，并不冷，板凳碰巧遇到一个质量不过关的。

我的一个小卧室在车库上，因为是halfduplex，它有一道暖墙，所以比另一个小的间暖多了，因为那个有一道冷山墙。

我说几个不好吧，容易受汽车进出的影响。特别是一个人上班比较早，或者比较晚，另一个人还在睡觉。还有个问题是冬天热车，废气自己就进卧室了。再加上如果你邻居家有大卡车之内的，早上起动会突然把你吓醒。

/ m4 Y: C1 D+ b; M3 a, dBTW, are you talking about detached garage? With an attached and insulated garage, I don't need to warm my car at all. It's not as warm as inside, but it's always above -10C. Which is OK for Edmonton.

Let me repeat, if it's attached, and if the house is properly built (do go with a junk builder), there isn't a need to warm up your car. Open the garage door, start, and go.
