看好了这家的一个房型，想在SUMMERSIDE建，请问有何高见?

我也很喜欢他们家的户型和手工。只是价钱有点小贵，只好忍痛割爱了。他们家的sales给我的感觉都很舒服。。。只有这么多经验了。祝好运！

觉得他家不错，标准价格里就已经包含了很多upgrade，比如实木地板、花岗岩台面、不锈钢电器。

AHouses completed between 2006 and 2008 seem to have the most problems when there was a serious shortage of experienced/skillful workers during the red hot market time whichever builder you went with, including those BIG name builders. If you built at the meantime,you may have a better chance for a better house; if you buy, try to avoid those constructed at the booming peak.
