S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml / x4 O2 c' _: I, D% r* G) v+ N
1 cup water 250 ml
( K* |( C* F, ]" G! `, ]+ I2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
2 v5 P6 M9 m( N( S8 W. n+ Y2 Y& B1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ; x5 O9 o5 |* R. T
juice of 1 lemon* 1 7 a) h' J( E! m+ u! u a6 j3 Y2 G
/ p H1 F' ~! ?6 n+ xPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
