院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享# A7 b- W* A* l+ p

5 i8 E! n+ R: ^. M3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
4 h, c+ p$ e: C: k5 d& P3 m1 cup water 250 ml
`* A. j% j: q: t2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
0 @5 T' m9 O& q& K0 w( z0 T1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.5 `$ }) T. z3 \" h4 E3 {8 s" T% r
