院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE % X$ g, M5 N2 T% N6 V6 z- v
) T$ P4 X( K8 f; k: T8 r( d3 cups saskatoons 750 ml + X0 {8 i, f4 L
1 cup water 250 ml ! m3 t( s" q/ n7 d, ^8 E6 {) N% y
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ; G) y- X: k7 k- I$ s3 I
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
$ s# t. \! o2 E2 A0 @juice of 1 lemon* 1 8 ]6 s, o2 _1 P7 | |( p
7 c) V6 A- Z) D9 h9 D9 c' dPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!) H- G4 Y2 j4 E
