院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

4 q$ u" f: J r3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 6 U* B: ]$ z9 I4 K& d
1 cup water 250 ml " c7 H- {% z, d2 w$ z9 i# x. T2 T; Z
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
' y$ G' l: X! ^: ]# j1/2 cup sugar 125 ml / H, ~6 C2 S; \5 s) K6 S5 y
juice of 1 lemon* 1 1 f2 E' O. d" A

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
