Due to the unexpected national shortage of the H1N1 vaccine, Alberta Health Services and Alberta Health and Wellness will target immunization to Albertans at high risk.

1 P% z5 ~$ D8 ?: w * Both parents, or one parent and one caregiver of infants under six months of age;
! ]7 B. J" z% i) A' c * Children under 10 as of November 1 with chronic health conditions (e.g. diabetes);: v+ O- @1 g0 W, q+ ?$ w6 _) c
* Children over six months and under five years as of November 1; and
( f/ R v) |1 }' w9 k( i6 M * Pregnant women.

On November 12 and ongoing, new groups being added include:

* People with chronic conditions aged 10–17 as of November 1. (Combined with the group added November 6, this group ranges from 5 to 17). . N6 _/ I* }! M$ T3 p+ b
