Job Duties / Responsibilities
! a) N6 M N! W" H" P! r• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 6 o' \( ]3 T M3 w4 x6 J$ e) j0 [
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
. \3 |. D9 A" X- ~& E: T' ^: T• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. + N0 l' C/ f2 t0 _# W
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
* z* q8 o1 e3 q6 ^: a) n6 i6 F2 ]• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).' c- E/ O/ c. b; ~+ S9 \$ ]1 _

Education / Experience; v3 s7 s* m# ^: \
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
+ U8 w9 ^8 ~6 ]2 b* d4 D• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 2 [3 S6 z" ?0 g8 e/ k
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
# n& c# r& t- ^3 r" V _4 g• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
