Job Duties / Responsibilities+ e+ i; s; h& p g
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 5 n0 ~5 X# r) H; J+ G, ~' P
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
) N$ @. V& u& G' d3 E• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. , |' C1 D0 I; U
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
) v3 ^% g7 n( l* n. A1 e• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; / e4 f' ~% G5 J
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
$ R( }( n6 `( J; s, [ q• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
6 } H3 l" Z4 A( s5 ~" F0 `* t• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
3 [& q4 A, h* s9 A! T; C# F• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
