Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
) N$ @. V& u& G' d3 E• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
) v3 ^% g7 n( l* n. A1 e• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
$ R( }( n6 `( J; s, [  q• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

( {' H2 f5 l) Z' mEducation / Experience
0 l7 ]" I$ h( J5 o• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
6 }  H3 l" Z4 A( s5 ~" F0 `* t• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
3 [& q4 A, h* s9 A! T; C# F• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
