DTLY-F RSP department annouced a loss of -0.1% in Q3 2009

It is the first time that a loss was posted by DTLY-F Department. Honggang Wang, DTLY's Minister of Finance, today said the loss was mainly due to the unstability of current market, and the department is still remaining positive on these investments.
