C# Systems Analyst

2 B- l$ a9 l  h; S; W' X5 gC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
; R0 H7 }: S8 R# u4 JDuties:
, H" {7 `& o! q•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' I1 w! ?. K: b* @9 H•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
2 d# x5 k* l! x( z•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
" ?/ j0 r3 q6 S7 S•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
( {+ b/ k9 m2 b& i4 S6 Z•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
( r9 H3 b; A6 r+ O! @' r4 v4 Y& _5 r•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
6 k$ n  X8 m) Y1 ]5 C•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

  c, t; K8 s+ c4 @. c3 |* g•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
