C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications. 8 p% z) g# {& \
Duties:: U- _8 k8 l6 v; I
• Gathering and documenting requirements; u, ^5 i# y# ]; a+ N. B% K5 w
• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
. g, h: X$ h8 w# e% `( [- V8 d% h• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes; - b! w0 i) V5 r6 a( h$ s
• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction; 3 Z N1 ]1 U K5 I0 U7 [3 K
• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
8 ^+ x3 |( B3 j6 K6 A& N• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
4 D; u1 }& k ?% Y& E) x2 X• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; " e0 ~! ^3 `# I
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
: e9 D5 n+ t) T+ ]• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
; v$ P$ N( d% A3 o9 r; s• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
* A, P3 @, \0 O% k• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.; z8 }$ u8 U' k, }2 R9 h
Mandatory Requirements: {: Z) T/ G9 M
• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.* {; o) m8 g) ] ]) w. a
• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
% {2 g6 O# S* |0 l3 I5 G• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.( r9 k6 V: ^6 Z; ]' O
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers./ g& P; A2 a) s r* {, h& a
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
S* {3 a) D9 H; g• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
2 S2 V8 [! ^1 [• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
* ~8 s6 [; X6 {) [: w) mDesirable Requirements:
) ^1 K+ o9 Q; d7 ~7 g) z• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
+ g" A5 l* h2 @" @0 l• 6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma% A3 H8 H0 |2 ]: R7 ]; e
