C# Systems Analyst

, e$ d) j: X; _6 C  r' mC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
- [2 @- x% W' m$ ?# m- p3 Z•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
4 W( C5 ?3 r: \3 N' w% f( w•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
" {0 j, ~% H: Q•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
! O# T4 P& u7 c•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
# r8 ^  x+ b6 w% y7 N$ c1 L! b•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
+ k! h  _# f% q. f7 B  P( W1 U•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
. w/ m/ f8 I5 b$ r•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
