C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
/ x3 C! `4 R$ R* Y8 @, a5 ?Duties:
/ B+ s% l9 u9 z, i. a•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
4 X' \' ?9 l: C) ?: k1 F•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
9 Q- J2 s) F8 C, `: l& K/ ?•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
& L, \/ [, M6 S5 D5 M4 T•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
5 x' t4 ?# m3 O; J/ z2 Z. t1 A•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
) ?8 x+ C1 E2 q' t•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
' I2 D) f3 V# C3 f, B# UMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
- \# e  |# K0 X8 ^6 m•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
. b9 B) _/ K* y$ K0 |: o+ |6 l  }( S) q•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
7 ~; }+ R- d( A3 ~$ O; }: k* c•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
4 c: `+ J3 n8 o- T& R; I" z( M•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
/ `; z9 t, Z! X& M( u•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
, e4 I4 ?' e- z' r3 @' |Desirable Requirements:
* V3 f* `9 |6 `  b6 x* k•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
