, s+ U- R# p2 ], A; @C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
) B" k/ [0 U3 r; L) f•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
+ `0 g( l. a6 k, ]2 A. w•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 j1 o) }2 X9 o  b5 ?•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
/ |$ \1 p$ L) K1 R5 Y! J- o•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
  _9 }5 ~* A9 e/ p7 R: U' k8 A•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
& n* Q. L! \1 s- @4 C•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
5 k& ^# K. L. d  S•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 Q) y0 N2 i( @, d) F•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
4 P# g9 A' j5 ]! t. _7 u& DMandatory Requirements:
+ ?) H2 I6 h! d3 J6 j& j: @•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
8 m+ J6 {, r; F7 ^, g4 E& A•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
9 Z9 x5 B/ I% ~" i•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
) v( D: k! d9 M  j•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
