C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
  M$ i& ?9 J3 N9 O! V5 |8 nDuties:
8 ~: I0 ^$ e  y, X•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
& g# ~' R4 N+ l5 f; J% N•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
! Q% t% p. h0 x* K2 b; R* D; \•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
; o5 K# I( g- J6 m. w3 \. z•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
( B; w* C) G" a. i•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
7 N% p# S/ A' q1 R; |8 i" f/ @•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
/ ^$ s: N+ Q4 p•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
$ t$ X. |  l) F! pMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
9 L- P- d6 `$ n% i•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
( n- ~) u% |7 a' p9 {" d( ]" G•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
# _: q; N0 r4 |- i•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
# m' ^- D" t6 N•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
6 ~& g# Y8 Q3 h' n0 O+ O•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
