• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
5 }$ g# x* G- z& z4 V• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports. A6 Q F* x# |* A% B
• SAP match reporting and monthly management W# W" ^1 R: C3 Z' b+ q+ c
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.& ^9 r/ D! x, y. p( [7 [3 C
• Order business cards as required.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
