• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
4 ?& y; L- V6 q s! ?• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Order business cards as required.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

Education / Experience
) z! e( D1 L' X# }9 S) s) V• Grade 12 or equivalent
# o1 G. ~; o+ S1 T3 i• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar), l8 g" w- o, C7 \! t% _
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
1 \# |9 ]" ` p7 y+ t! s" \• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
