Job Duties / Responsibilities
& Y6 m& C# Q, h7 ?) ?( w3 O( J8 o4 X3 P• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.3 y: b! Q4 G( Y$ S) G5 D0 m/ Q
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.* n2 x' F. B3 n
• SAP match reporting and monthly management! G6 k% J5 w6 W) l+ Y
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.  b" R" g  Q/ q, K; _. {' E
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
+ p# W* Y) i: E& ~$ ~• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
3 v* _2 I; x& C* @8 Z• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator." l+ q8 n& j+ b. M  h, [$ t
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.- }* n1 @) x! v  U9 w9 s# {
• Order business cards as required.
2 }2 a3 ?! e" U5 \• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)( p3 F- n) P+ G% g  q' a
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
7 i5 M9 B8 |& W) v8 d0 I• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.0 z' [& T# \* M0 g6 b% d
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
6 C9 `4 R- z% p+ b: i8 |+ q• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training, R! [/ q! D% P4 l1 g& W

Education / Experience
; [, a5 |3 \( J6 p9 R( Q2 F% \• Grade 12 or equivalent
! E& S, y& ]% O0 k• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)% T. I- [2 _; e8 Q
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
2 p- v4 s1 |# w% ~• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater7 |1 l  l& g0 x# o) b
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
: M; Y8 I+ _# [1 `- U9 J; D• Attention to detail is required.
4 v5 q1 a) X, Q$ Z- D( ?5 h• High level of customer service skills is a must.
; d' \2 i1 `$ X2 ]- Z• Good planning and co-ordination skills.

3 m4 E* q- a9 l$ {8 G7 O• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
