• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.* |% o, D4 e* i8 }4 o
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.9 A; o: Z7 K$ t- {
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
7 [7 }9 N7 I O- \% [" r• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
3 y1 W+ X) V" R& }6 \/ @• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.& y F; u# Y0 t# }9 p3 H/ H
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.8 d3 [! B& x% i5 C& E3 o
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
( _7 G2 ?3 o# d( X! }+ g+ A• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Grade 12 or equivalent I8 }$ g& a1 E
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater. R8 Z% ], R# ~, n0 r% G6 }& ^
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
