Job Duties / Responsibilities

8 ^6 L1 {# I0 k$ M4 k( ?3 X5 l7 A• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

2 ~7 n9 @3 Q/ _" W7 S• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
3 n# N2 E6 @, v- @3 C• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator. O7 m- B7 M" i V
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.' d5 c: l* |* X* n0 k& O( t! ~; Q
• Order business cards as required.
' p- W+ L# g+ s' H1 m( a• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
( C5 w; q* t" {8 m$ j' B• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.& X7 T7 H; b7 |% X
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training1 ^: Y' f3 I. ^, H3 a

• Grade 12 or equivalent
1 m5 X) J7 e! }% P* P$ w• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater4 }) n, L6 U9 E
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
