Job Duties / Responsibilities
& b K( T% c* m" V3 E' z• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
1 P$ f: [! o' Y( m+ m; i• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports." M7 |- c. k; k4 E8 S, M
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
9 C$ r* h5 L# V9 a9 Z3 Y) S6 M• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
3 D0 C2 Z# N' w• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
5 ~# f+ O1 L; P0 R) G6 ^• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
