• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.( @* h C' c) v# [& O) `, m* S
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
1 ^" C2 n- k+ J( t6 [/ n; u• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
& j5 B. a) K3 @8 B5 p8 r/ S& d! E& ?• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.. D1 t8 E$ H4 W
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.! o" g) [' y8 a
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

Education / Experience% R' b# r1 V2 X, }
• Grade 12 or equivalent
- s# q$ W' I" L! m9 y8 K7 e% o0 h: R• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)5 A# n' v$ Q- w V3 z9 ^: P, A; ~
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
3 \) [4 } o+ |% ^ B• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
