Job Duties / Responsibilities
' @2 L7 l) r, D) m, F7 k. u6 V/ p5 ?This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
& V8 R" P2 p- x2 d! B1 v• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
- q" r; H6 Q2 Y. \, |1 m& x! @9 h$ R• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
7 L7 E% t3 _, T/ E( J# f• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

% \* \: E( k0 \, b• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
: S, }1 K" T9 ?- `3 l• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
! d' s! T! P# p" [& ^) x• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
0 u+ t" [6 `- x$ @* z; i6 w• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
2 T$ c. E4 Y' f+ q/ P• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
