Job Duties / Responsibilities
3 u2 ]3 l% u1 F0 I  i+ }This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

! }/ x; O0 W/ [) d3 D• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
" Z  @3 B- x1 B! z. Z( r) g6 W• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
2 `0 m0 M, w/ M. ]• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

: b% t: h' C6 @! f• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
! U' N; |: E3 \• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
, I4 V; O4 a) Q3 H" V$ H5 I• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
1 G9 T9 g& ]$ T/ I• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
