We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry./ `; T3 N6 p% Y5 q; a+ m

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
* f L( E" J) r/ Y: P' j5 a• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 0 N- V V. s2 ]4 o
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach * }# b/ e& P3 q$ h9 z
• Promoting TBL products and services 7 A. ^. d G4 k0 w" @7 `
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance ) f& H( j4 E4 a) m }
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 3 h; O/ R# V" P' r% s
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
& b$ U% d8 I6 p, L! M: N4 C• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
, g& {! J w: Q• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program # Z" u8 R' K9 [; O0 \
• Arranging catering for various meetings 8 C! a8 C+ g$ K: \
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office " t1 v' F# `6 D5 d6 p* J: J- l$ P# y
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Qualifications

; E4 T4 {( @ V; Q• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
- k, e; z( C3 p [7 S• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling: i) E a! d7 t$ Y* S+ l! `7 p7 y
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
