We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry. a( l8 Y2 V% s

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations ! f0 d, _5 Z$ s7 a; B
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings + f% B* `/ s' M1 F) D) [' R2 \
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
. X; E8 @2 J* d• Promoting TBL products and services
`% P. Y( w( \4 O5 B5 v• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 4 E" p! g3 n2 f" p
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
, J- \: `6 F' u5 O• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 6 T6 F7 h( I& s1 {$ I% v0 D
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry! l$ u8 G1 A: e# C0 `- a# |
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 5 Y3 Q' V: B. \' i2 p
• Arranging catering for various meetings 1 T& Y, R1 s$ A) f* w/ }
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office # Y [; t+ F1 c
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times 4 q' d) n: f" S& ]) |( m
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3 P, a" F8 t. y* m/ |% M• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
% s0 {7 {2 z- [8 e! Z" p9 y. K+ }/ ~• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling& |) X& R( F: }8 |
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
