The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

! h, k. \. n! h+ k: r, C3 c3 ?* hWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
+ ?8 i5 @; z5 Y• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
4 K8 K0 u0 _, V5 Z' \• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
$ W; y3 c/ V9 d0 S• Promoting TBL products and services
- j3 \9 h& l$ x: e" x• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance

• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 7 L* s% U J- a! \* S- L) v
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
* Z( |" e4 F7 \• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program " @" \/ i5 O% Z. B: r: i
• Arranging catering for various meetings ) A) Q7 L7 b" M
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
) H+ H- R6 D* n2 P) w# X' n• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
3 v7 c: u+ [) Q8 \9 d/ h• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
: w5 g( w+ _7 \. }$ i• College Certificate or Diploma in related field., H6 L" q$ f$ j3 C
