We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

+ d( b( G, o; K/ p: S! qEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
, [1 t# [- r* r8 Y8 m        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
, P* K( b, P; w! y) i$ J        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
  R8 b& H, d+ z8 Z. ~* P        Procurement and service contract management;
3 T/ ^0 t  R/ D) S/ N' r% u$ w        General building management;
- k) }7 N3 x* p; c! Z0 @  m; }        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
