We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
! y6 i* [+ F6 Z0 W        University Degree, or
1 O/ V+ W* f' k2 H! I5 ~4 m: u: D# _        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

. ]( }: m/ l+ F; P  xOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
3 {% C, E8 Z9 g. I8 r        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
9 p: `0 e# t3 s) m: f8 Y        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
; q$ O9 }& X; ]5 ~+ e; H# K3 y        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
