: `0 x- l. o4 A/ A/ ^& ]We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

        University Degree, or
4 E) F8 X+ a" s  p' `  U4 p        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
; E, H% F6 \( X! n9 N6 p        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
8 o& }  [2 }! m7 Y        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
$ X4 ?' L' j' ~        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
9 t; o5 z2 L" K# W  g        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
! }  p9 G5 X* u0 r9 Q+ q        Procurement and service contract management;
1 L* \" B2 }. |2 k        General building management;
" v% J8 @) ]* b% b+ V3 R! f. a        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
