请问申请PNP，Pre-assessment是已经开始审核了么？

我有了PN File Number，是不是就是所谓的File No呢？

PN File Number is the file number that used in Alberta PNP office
+ R. |1 s' y3 F+ T0 v* _
. L! [1 B0 J2 _% x4 J7 O/ LWhen you submit your application to CIC, you will get another file number which should begin with "B"
