Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
; Z* o5 c. ]2 rAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
% r9 @) k% h% K/ U6 j. fAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
1 n! O* k% e0 X2 S* q" MResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
4 D: C" p4 r; E  {Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
