Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

' W5 i8 p+ W/ X# S: C- x- Y9 t. N• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

. L9 u0 k, I) D4 ]# p4 ]9 Q0 Hdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
6 k  w7 D* @5 T$ v: Pplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

" ?0 h% f; n. a( e  c• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
8 n! W# K7 g1 s4 x; g• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
# N' u- [' U+ J; _1 A9 S+ }- A• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
: t! o. A; W  l3 T# P• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
( m6 m. L6 y3 l4 ]/ W, t( k* I• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
2 `. \1 R: B' I/ O" @+ W• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
2 w( y6 G/ p; v: g. k/ l0 C1 j• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
2 G. K% V7 |( j4 ~• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
0 h. N  y2 @  ~; S9 ~• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
7 `) G! G8 ]: W7 w' F+ y4 rresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
+ G1 K0 U0 K" O2 j$ X• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
$ a' L& s1 T; K9 I& I# l• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
% i  y6 a$ W5 M6 O/ Q• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
& R; d0 }' _1 u: K; Y6 ~8 P5 Y* A1 r• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
, ~9 T8 d/ t7 N( @: u) W# U• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
0 a6 e, ^3 _6 H  g+ h• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
. t$ q& D/ L: n! u• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
2 k, r6 h* L8 D! ?8 x• Grade 12 / GED.
; u$ N$ g# K) s! Y• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
4 |8 b9 w3 c0 Q$ N' x' B• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
7 m) H5 P9 E& I• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
+ @" M1 G* ^) E+ X8 n  {) Z• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
" ~# {2 n# Y" [9 o0 F• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
