• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.4 [5 d5 o7 k* n: B

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
' T. L- c7 D: s• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. ' c* Q4 H1 R n& D s, ^5 I
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
) K f' t# {+ f) X• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. . o5 W0 i2 D9 q/ ]$ b: m
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. 1 J7 c6 J5 C }7 n" c
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
8 N5 T. a9 B$ x' t3 l; y• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
# n0 [7 j! d1 O" M3 `, W$ u• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
, j( j; ~; e x! V; w# B, A* l• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
4 k9 u$ L+ m' m6 z$ B2 N! k• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
4 L7 }7 i! g# t/ C+ \7 A• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

& \) |4 V2 ?7 b• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
' Z [: e. }; g1 A5 C' Q" m• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
; W/ O: J0 S: N+ Y! |# n• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
7 R% |7 U* g- N- Q C+ Y• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
; T/ _: K0 }3 U9 p8 Q$ f. A" _• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

. |! s/ g+ R5 Z/ R0 r x# i• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
5 J9 c2 B6 C# v! d2 N• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
! P/ S5 N- }+ Q• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.$ P8 i1 p+ V+ Z
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
- `( @" y6 M$ @4 T6 N, K1 x- Y• Grade 12 / GED.
/ k2 h$ H$ {6 r; I8 d• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ' b% \& b& X* x' F* t {
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 8 l8 d) f0 [/ V8 K
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ; G4 s8 c8 V$ d' X
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. : }2 X/ H5 e; C5 L4 ?
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
! o8 E( `* D5 i2 i3 A# V• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
