) T4 C( m( `2 i1 D• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
: d# @, n3 W1 x1 }/ Kdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
. i5 B  t: e* V) K- C• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
. f3 y0 l9 S0 a* s1 Bplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
3 k2 _: E; i' w) ~+ @+ x• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
, g; C! d7 F, y1 h2 N- Q2 H' l• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
7 j7 k: G& K# b• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
+ _0 \3 P- |% ]% F• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
6 f+ {! `" e5 J8 @% V. _• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
5 q6 e! H! W, x  j. h• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
# M' m; V$ m/ n( R, Q• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! ?4 E! Z+ {2 R$ t• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
2 L( b7 i0 P) N3 l• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
: @' R# N, L! L% v7 _+ h. i• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
/ M6 q$ y- M# z0 X• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
$ w- r. T4 G0 n/ F, I• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
7 y: \, M8 v1 q• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
; b* A/ y. w4 @+ p2 j( h• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
! e- p+ W2 }/ x# w+ c( O• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

• Grade 12 / GED.
4 b+ @4 J6 R: ?, @: h- n" m# F• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
0 S" O2 e* w' ^1 b+ u- N1 [4 H9 c1 Q• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
