• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Preserves materials.
/ ^& Z9 u( o9 H• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.4 M$ J8 v" e- P l6 W" Z! S
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
; {' y9 q: B# p& c v• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
' P5 w0 x! S2 G* R0 a* V• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. : g+ a4 o; G8 k
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. ( a9 \, p! ]- R$ @: q7 N$ m3 e; G
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
, l# @8 K5 D: |. ?' \• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. 0 ^3 \$ w6 O, d4 p- L6 b
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
+ g) |$ g5 j' a/ a& H• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
/ l* b+ _# t; k" Z5 a• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
- M% r. c; B2 S5 n. Z• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
1 @8 N5 v/ d8 R1 l4 e• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.8 X H# {( X' T* k, W8 F; f% f8 C* v% w
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.% }' V8 p5 T$ E. J5 z$ z
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
" O, U3 _: b# l9 N0 y; I8 h8 x• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
! j& A9 m9 y9 ^2 ?+ g; W! Z• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.2 m, {: j+ b4 x( D2 R
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials. }# y7 x. v0 `8 y. p* i( W
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.0 E7 f1 O5 z: C6 u. u7 a* ]5 S
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.; Z% ?# n- J: {* {/ C9 v3 h8 c
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.# v/ t! V, T. O) W" k
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner . t& M9 }# A/ |, W3 \: i
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). ! B5 |% i4 C( a6 k2 d
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. & O+ i' p1 J E. g7 R. G
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
: g4 s- R8 m% A5 Q3 q5 z• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.# R3 ?3 f9 {4 H ~* v: p
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members." z6 e; I0 q3 F) c+ F# f
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

2 P+ y5 n1 {% P' pEducation / Experience( x6 L+ O8 h, d8 l+ H7 E
• Grade 12 / GED.
. C: T5 S1 ?7 ?/ I, W5 s• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. , v$ q8 o, t h
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
- y, m% f1 H- _: o• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. " ?1 `- N4 X1 a2 w5 n) m
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
; P7 _4 Q( Z6 W. @* x' V }/ g• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.4 v. O8 n$ A: i" b) |* U0 c
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
