We are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.


2 M+ S0 m3 o7 H  H% pJob Duties / Responsibilities
; a3 _" X  o/ l& B7 E• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
9 z  Y: v+ l1 q- n$ @0 L# g• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
& f# r. t/ U1 D5 O3 |* [# F/ Y3 i• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
& C5 E6 P0 Q8 H, l$ P' d• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
+ U1 S5 \" y1 G4 `• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
% G$ o  a- M3 R% K: c* U! p• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;
• Assist with Contractor management and supervision as required.

Education / Experience
• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
( x" f: R( R& r4 f" m1 s5 K• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
' Q! h9 W; A; H; _• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
" E. U5 z7 H% ]2 G" L• Good PC knowledge.

" P' i. y' d8 q+ L我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
