买房紧急求助各位

今天下午帮朋友一起验房，发现房子没有SUMP PUMP，据说水是直接排到下水道了，房子是1995 年建的，我记得有人说1990年以后的HOUSE都是一定要有SUMP PUMP，验房师也不确定叫自己打电话去查，朋友英语不好，也不知道如何查，请问问题严重吗，还有这个95年的房子当时做过测量，是不是要重新再做测量，看看房子大小是不是符合政府的规则，还是95年做的就行了。

没有sump pump容易在融雪或者大雨的时候水灌进地下室。可以打电话到sump pump的安装公司咨询一下价钱，然后再和卖家讲价。

谢谢如花，但是估计没法装SUMP PUMP因为根本没有设计这个，房主说没有进水过。不知道这个符合设计规范吗，还是一家大公司建的。

你看看下面这段话。我看得一个房子也没有，不过我觉得应该不是大问题。95年的房子，如果地下室没有进过水，说明房子没问题。再者说了，好像是需要专家决定要不要修建。

In newer areas the sump pump discharges onto the ground, with the exception of areas that have a very high ground water table, or those adjacent to a lake, ravine or river. In those areas, sump pumps must connect to a storm service pipe to minimize soil erosion. A geotechnical engineer determines if this is necessary before the area is developed.

如果地势高，地下水位深的地方，有sump pump也没有用处，根本就不会积水。可以去查原设计使用（岩土工程）勘察资料，其中可查地下水埋深。具体要到什么地方查，就不清楚了。告诉详细位置，可以定性帮你判断一下。
